Hi, I’m Terry Richardson, the owner of Richardson Unlimited Inc. In 2019 and at a point in life where many of my peers are looking to slow down, I decided to increase my pace and launch a small business venture. Using part of my retirement savings, I formed Richardson Unlimited to pursue business opportunities that excite me.

The benefit of Franchise Ownership appeals to me because there is a proven formula to run your new business, while having knowledgeable backing and a network to lean on for coaching during the operational start-up phase. I will also be looking for additional business opportunities to lead as a WOSB (Women Owned Small Business).

My strengths are process optimization and work ethic, which I believe will be valuable assets in this endeavor. In areas of small business operations where I am not knowledgeable or comfortable, I will lean on other trusted team members and learn as we go forward.

I know this is a big step for me, and has significant risks. I am anxious and excited at the same time. But at least I am in control of my destiny and future success.
